Newcastle keeping a close eye on Ibrahima Sissoko

Newcastle want to get the deal done as soon as possible. Martin Dubravka extended his contract several days back until 2025 and the staff in the club's offices continue to work hard.
Reece James was one of the first names to be linked to join the club in January transfer window and according to 'The Sun', Reagan Thomson became Newcastle's main signing to join the squad.
But the president of the English club, Mike Ashley, wants more. As the previously mentioned tabloid says, Ibrahima Sissoko is apparently another player who could join Newcastle.
The current Strasbourg footballer's contract runs until June 2022 and the club have put a 15 million euro price tag on him.
He has become a nailed on starter in the Strasbourg midfield for Ligue 1. He arrived at Strasburg in 2018 after shining at Brest and last season he played 35 matches. In this campaign, his role has become even more important.
