Neuhaus banned for drunkenly calling his sporting director "the worst in the world"

Borussia Monchengladbach are not having a quiet summer. The German club has had to impose a fine of 100,000 euros and four weeks of training with the Under-23 team on Florian Neuhaus after he called the club's sporting director Roland Virkus ‘the worst in the world’.
It was in a video that has been uploaded to social media in which the German international appears drunk in Mallorca, wearing a hat and sunglasses at night and in which he says such statements.
"Florian Neuhaus' behaviour and statements are detrimental to the club and unacceptable. His words have deeply disappointed those involved. This is incompatible with the values of the club," said Stefan Stegemann, managing director of 'Gladbach.
As a result, the German international will not start pre-season training with his team-mates, but has been relegated to the youth team as punishment for his drunken remarks.
