Neuer out after injury while celebrating Musiala's goal

It was a mixed bag for Bayern Munich. The German side announced on Thursday that their first-choice goalkeeper Manuel Neuer will be sidelined for several games due to injury.
"Manuel Neuer suffered a torn muscle fibre in his right calf in the 3-0 win over Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the Champions League game on Wednesday evening. The diagnosis was confirmed by the FC Bayern medical unit. The record champions' goalkeeper will therefore be out for the foreseeable future."
The injury, as Vincent Kompany admitted, occurred while celebrating Bayern Munich's second goal against Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League round of 16. He will miss the second leg.
Neuer could be sidelined for around a month, as reported by 'Bild'. That said, he would arrive just in time for a hypothetical quarter-final in which Bayern, barring a major surprise, will be in after the 3-0 win in the first leg.
