The Uruguay defender Martin Caceres' contract is set to expire this summer and Napoli have quickly opened talks to try and sign the player this summer.

The Serie A side Napoli have opened talks with Martin Caceres' representatives with the aim to sign the defender this summer when his contract with Juventus expires.

This season Caceres has only made nine appearances in all competition after following a series of injuries.

It is thought that Roma are also interested in signing the 28-year-old.
