Napoli hoping to sign James Rodriguez

According to the Italian newspaper, Corriere dello Sport, Napoli are preparing a bid to sign Real Madrid's attacking midfielder, James Rodriguez.
Rodriguez has spent the previous two seasons on loan at Bayern Munich, where he won back to back Bundesliga titles, but this was not enough to convince the German giants to keep hold of the Colombian.
Zinedine Zidane, the Real Madrid manager, is extremely keen to see the back of James and has set an asking price of £37m.
However, as Carlo Ancelotti celebrated his 60th birthday, he also made statements about his belief that Napoli are truly ready to compete for silverware next season, saying: 'My first season was one of transition… now the arrow is drawn: we are ready to strike'
According to the Italian media, Rodriguez will be the first player that Ancelotti brings in, in fact they caled him the 'first gift', as Ancelotti plans an ambitious transfer window to compete with Juventus who have won the previous 8 Serie A titles
