Napoli finalise €75m agreement for Osimhen to join Galatasaray

After days of negotiations, rumours, and conflicting reports, one of the summer's biggest transfer sagas appears to be drawing to a close. Barring any late hitches, Victor Osimhen is poised to join Galatasaray SK on a permanent deal.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Turkish club, where the Nigerian striker spent last season on loan, and Napoli have finally reached an agreement after tough negotiations. The Italian side demanded financial guarantees from the Istanbul club.
The Italian journalist reports that the agreed transfer fee is €75 million, with €40 million payable immediately and the remaining €35 million due before the end of 2026.
Furthermore, Napoli have included a clause preventing Galatasaray SK from selling Osimhen to another Italian club for the next two years, ensuring he cannot strengthen a direct Serie A rival in the short term.
With the key points now agreed, only the final details remain – primarily a possible sell-on clause – before Osimhen, who enjoyed a stellar season in Turkey last year with 37 goals in 41 appearances, officially becomes a Galatasaray SK player.
