Napoli and Galatasaray agree Osimhen terms, deal nears completion

The deal, which is now only awaiting formal paperwork, is expected to be finalised in the coming days. The Turkish giants will pay an initial €40 million up front, followed by a further €35 million in 12 months.
An additional €5 million will be available in performance-related bonuses, primarily tied to Osimhen's goal tally during his time in Istanbul. Napoli will also retain 10% of any future profit should Galatasaray sell him on.
One notable condition in the agreement is a clause preventing any move to an Italian club for the next two years, a measure likely aimed at calming concerns from Napoli fans and protecting the club's domestic interests.
Once the documents are exchanged between the clubs—expected within the next 24 hours—Galatasaray will be in a position to announce the signing officially. His arrival would mark a major statement of intent as they look to make a deep run in Europe this season.
