Nacho's final exam will be containing Neymar

UEFA announced on Tuesday that it would be upholding the two-match suspension given to Dani Carvajal in the group stages of the Champions League in December, which means he will not be part of Zinedine Zidane's squad for PSG.
Alarms bells would have started ringing in Madrid as the only time the Spanish defender hasn't marked Neymar came in a 4-0 home thumping by eternal rivals Barcelona in La Liga in 2015.
Without Carvajal, Zidane will have to improvise in defence and although Achraf Hakimi is available, everything seems to indicate that the French head coach will call upon his wildcard, Nacho Fernandez, over the 19-year-old.
Nacho has played 21 games on the right flank for 'Los Blancos', of which only two have ended in a defeat: the first when the 28-year-old was brought on as a substitute at the death when the Spanish giants were already losing and the second came in the last 'El Clasico' when Carvajal was sent off in the 63rd minute.
In addition, due to injuries and suspensions, the Spanish defender has been Zidane's most-used player this season accumulating 2,347 minutes ahead of partners Raphael Varane (2,153) and Sergio Ramos (2,111).
Although no one doubts his tactical abilities, it will be his first confrontation with Neymar in what will be a tough encounter in Europe's most prestigious club competition. Whatever way the result goes, it will be Nacho's final exam for Madrid.
