Moses Simon called up for Nigeria squad ahead of Africa Cup of Nations

The 'granota' team will be represented at Africa's biggest tournament. The attacker has finally been called up among Gernot Rohr's definitive list for the Africa Cup of Nations.
Simon has benefited from the last discards made by the head of the national team, who preferred to leave out Iheanacho and Semi Ajayi.
Of the four African players on the roster, only the Nigerian will represent Levante in Egypt. Boateng (although he went to China in February) and Dwamena were overlooked by Ghana, as was Doukouré for Côte d'Ivoire, but he was left out because of his long-term injury.
However, academy product Aly Abeid, on loan this season at Alcorcón, will also play the big game with surprising Mauritania.
