Morocco submit official complaint over penalty not given

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation have published an official announcement on the social media accounts and their website in protest against Cesar Ramos' refereeing in the semi-final match of the World Cup against France.
Morocco were left knocked out after losing to France 2-0, after the referee did not give a penalty when Theo Hernandez appeared to foul Sofiane Boufal, in a play which, to top it all off, Ramos ended up booking the Moroccan.
That is why the Moroccan Football Federation have put in a complaint against FIFA against said refereeing: "The Royal Moroccan Football Federation put in a complaint against the refereeing in the match between Morocco and France, which was run by Cesar Arturo Ramos Palazuelo", and it can be read in full in the statement made by Morocco.
It goes on to say: "At the same time, we are surprised that VAR was not used and that there was no alert. The Royal Moroccan Football Federation will not back down from defending the rights of our national side, asking for fairness when taking necessary decisions with regards to the unfair refereeing to which the Moroccan national side were victims in their game gainst France, in the semi-final.
