Messi to PSG, imminent: Leonardo and Al-Khelaifi held meeting with his lawyers

All routes point Messi in the direction of Paris. The number 10, a free agent after his contract at Barcelona terminated, has practically a foot-and-a-half at Paris Saint-Germain, who are waiting for him with open arms.
Since confirmation from Barca broke about the Leo's departure, those at the Parc des Princes immediately got to work to land the star Argentine. After several contacts between the two, everything seems to indicate that the agreement will be made known shortly.
What's more, PSG's sporting director Leonardo held a meeting this Saturday in Paris with the lawyers that represent Messi, according to reports from 'Ole'. The Brazilian was absent from his side's Ligue 1 opener against Troyes in order to try and complete the deal for the Argentine.
Nasser Al-Khelaifi was also present in the meeting and the aforementioned source describes the feelings from the French club as being positive. Furthermore, 'Le Parisien' reports that workers at the club as well as the players already know that Messi will sign. The agreement is more than imminent - all that remains is to finalise a salary and length of contract - before the announcement of his arrival will be made official, reportedly in a few day's time.
And all of this takes place after a family member of the Qatari Emir's confirmed that Messi will be on his way to the Parc des Princes. Firstly, however, the number 10 will hold a press conference this Sunday at the Camp Nou, to explain his version of events and say goodbye to the Barcelona faithful.
The time has come to say goodbye, something which no Barca fan would have ever imagined. Leo will give the relevant explanations, but he is already a part of Barca's past. Now, provided there are no major bumps in the road, his future looks to be in Paris.
