McCormack to undergo medical at Villa
The 29-year-old finished the season as the Championship's second top scorer with 21 goals last season, despite Fulham struggling toward the lower end of the table.
The Scotland international looks set to join Fulham's Championship rivals Aston Villa providing he passes a medical with the Birmingham club.
Fulham FC announced that a bid had been accepted via their official website.
