Mbappe celebrates Hakimi's goal to knock out Spain

Mbappe and Hakimi are very good friends. They have both said so several times, sharing good times at PSG, and posting photos together even on holiday.

Therefore, when celebrating the elimination of a side who promised to go far such as Spain, Mbappe celebrated Morocco's win in the last-16 which they got thanks to a penalty shoot-out.

Hakimi scored, to be precise, the winning goal which knocked Luis Enrique's Spain out of the tournament. Mbappe wrote his teammte's name and accompanied it with a photo of both of them together.

A message which has been taken in different ways. There are those who think he was celebrating Morocco's win because Spain were the ones to lose, after rejecting Real Madrid last summer.

Meanwhile, the Parisian star is still preparing for France's quarter-final against England. The PSG striker is one of the most lethal attackers in this World Cup.
