Madrid sign Deportivo's gem Noel Lopez

Real Madrid have a new talent in their reserve team. He is 19-year-old striker Noel Lopez, who has signed for Castilla after spending his whole life at Deportivo, with whom he made his first-team debut this season. 

In fact, Noel has scored four goals in 32 official matches with the Deportivo first team, which this Sunday informed through its official channels the agreement reached with Madrid for the transfer of the young striker. 

"Respecting the player's wishes in his penultimate year of his amateur contract, both institutions have reached an agreement for the transfer of the player, as well as agreeing on different variables depending on how the Galician striker's professional career develops in the future," the Galician club said on their official website. 

The U19 international with the Spanish national team has thus become Real Madrid Castilla's first signing for the 2022-23 season. The Galician striker has committed to the Spanish capital club for the next four seasons, meaning he has signed until 30th June 2026.
