Madrid's Valverde injured with lumbociatalgia

Los Blancos' last La Liga EA Sports match against Real Sociedad left two new injuries in the plague of injuries suffered by Carlo Ancelotti and inherited by Xabi Alonso, with Brahim Díaz suffering a muscular problem and Uruguay's Fede Valverde suffering from lumbosciatica.
Real Madrid published a medical report on the Uruguayan, who is unlikely to be available for Uruguay's matches against Paraguay on 6 June and against Venezuela on 11 June.
"Following tests carried out today on Fede Valverde by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with discomfort due to a knock in his lower back. His recovery will be monitored."
Valverde, the player who has played the most minutes in Real Madrid's busy season, appearing in 59 of the 62 games played by the Madrid team, was suffering from various ailments at the end of the season, after playing with muscular problems in several games due to the number of injuries Ancelotti had to contend with.
They have resulted in lumbosciatica, an ailment that combines lumbago and sciatica, which is usually caused by compression and irritation of the sciatic nerve.
