"Madrid recommended that I go to Wolves"

After running out of space due to Militao's arrival, Vallejo decided to leave Madrid in search for some game time in order to try to return next season with even more experience.
Madrid loaned him to Wolves, a team who are currently 11th place in the Premier League, with 10 points, thanks to their recent triumph at the Etihad against Guardiola's City (0-2).
Vallejo, who had no minutes, is still waiting for the opportunity to try to settle into the starting line-up. From Wolverhampton, the master spoke to 'AS' and spoke of both Madrid and his adaptation.
"So far, so good. From day one I have been treated phenomenally. I am very comfortable with the team, the coach and our way of playing," the midfielder started asying.
On the other hand, Vallejo, following the question on why he chose Wolves, said the following: "I spoke with Jonny and Adama and Madrid really recommended coming here. He told me that I was going to continue progressing and I wanted to go hand in hand with the club. And of course influenced the bet of Wolves. Nuno called me and told me about the project. It was the club that bet the most on me".
Finally, the central referred to his current physical state. "Phenomenal. . I have been feeling very well since January or February of last season with Madrid. The league matches I played with Zidane were key," he concluded.
