Lopetegui expressly asked Wolves to sign Alcaraz

Lopetegui was sacked from Sevilla at the start of this season due to a poor run of results and the Spaniard decided to start a new adventure in the Premier League. That is why the former national coach signed for Wolves.
His intention is to get the team out of the relegation places and to this end he has made a number of requests to the board. One of them, according to 'The Guardian', is signing Carlos Alcaraz, the 20-year-old Argentinian midfielder.
The current Racing de Avellaneda player is targeted by more European clubs such as Atletico Madrid, Sevilla, Inter and Milan. The midfielder was a key player for his team last season, making up to 42 appearances.
Of these, 28 were starts and he scored nine goals. He also provided one assist. Under contract until 2025, his departure could be accompanied by a high price tag due to interest from other teams.
