Liverpool drop Karius for Middlesbrough clash

Loris Karius has been dropped for Liverpool's Wednesday night match against Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium after making a couple of costly mistakes in recent weeks.
The German 'keeper spilled Steve Cook's long range effort, allowing Nathan Ake to score Bournemouth's winner in Cherries' 4-3 victory over the Reds. One week later, Karius then failed to save Dimitri Payet's free-kick against West Ham in Liverpool's 2-2 draw and he then came in for criticism Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher on Twitter.
Karius then hit back at former the Manchester United man in an interview with the 'Daily Mail', which triggered Neville to tell the Liverpool goalkeeper to "shut up".
It seems that Klopp has therefore taken the young goalkeeper out of the firing line and Simon Mignolet is set to start against Boro.
