Liverpool announce Arthur signing

Arthur Melo is a new Liverpool player. The Brazilian will have a great opportunity to return to his best by taking advantage of the bad situation that Liverpool's midfield is going through. Juventus had been trying to get rid of him for some time because he does not fit in with their coach's plans or the club's finances.

He joins Anfield on loan without a buyout clause for this season. If he convinces, perhaps the club will consider negotiating for him to remain in their squad beyond the year he has committed himself to. For now, he has to focus on adapting to the squad.

The Brazilian has never played in the English top flight before, so this will be the third major league in which he has played. His career is getting more and more impressive, although at the moment he has been unable to perform at his best for a number of years. Perhaps this new destination will help him to do so.

This situation began when he left Gremio to join Barcelona. At the Catalan club, he spent two seasons in which he was relegated to a secondary role until he was part of a swap deal with Pjanic, who did not end up convincing. Now, he will fight to excel again.
