Leeds give ultimatum to Barcelona: 24 hours to make offer for Raphinha

Barcelona are still waiting for Dembele to accept their contract extension. The club does not plan to increase the offer. He will either accept it, or pack his bags.
If Dembele goes, his replacement is Raphinha. Barca are waiting to activate a second economic lever which would give them some freedom to be active in the market.
Ben Jacobs, journalist at 'CBS Sports', claims that if 'los cules' want Raphinha, they are going to have to hurry up. Leeds United have given Barcelona an ultimatum: they have 24 hours to make an offer for the Brazilian.
According to Jacobs, despite Laporta saying at the press conference to announce Frank Kessie that "there is no date" to finalising Dembele's renewal, there is a time limit if they want to get Raphinha.
Leeds have let Barcelona know that they have a day to make a bid for the winger. If the offer does not come in time, they will sell him to another club.
The English side have already identified Raphinha's replacement. Luis Sinisterra from Feyenoord will take his place. Now, it's Barca's turn to make a move.
