Kosovo's star lands in Liverpool's radar

There are many rumours in the world of football, but when it is the president of a federation who issues them, it almost feels like a confirmation.
That's what happened in Kosovo, where Agim Amedi believes Milot Rashica, the country's best player, would end up joining Liverpool.
He is a 23-year-old striker who can play both on the right flank and in the midfield. After making his mark at Vitesse as a youngster, he has been making a name for himself at Werder Bremen for two and a half seasons now.
The Kosovo native has scored 23 goals and provided eight assists in just 64 Bundesliga games.
Amedi admitted to The Mirror that he is close to joining the Champions of Europe. Interestingly, this is not the first time the striker has been associated with the Anfield team and his possible departure was dropped in February.
He has a 35 million euro clause, but Werder Bremen, who could be relegated, may let him out for a lower amount to ensure his sale.
