Kalinic opts for Roma

The Croat is happy with Roma's offer. The cited source affirms that, once he signs his contract, Kalinic will earn 2.5 million euros. 

Atletico do not count on Kalinic. Simeone has got more than enough striker and the club has been looking to sell him for a while. 

In recent days, the Roma option began to become more likely. Both teams sat down to negotiate and finally, all the parties involved reached an agreement. 

Many of the Italian teams were interested in Nikola Kalinic. Lazio, Fiorentina, Sampdoria, Bologna and Atalanta were linked with the striker. 

Finally, Roma have beaten the rest to them. It remains to be seen whether both parties make it official shortly.
