Joao Felix returns to the Metropolitano and, although it will be up to Xavi to decide whether he plays or not, his former home stadium is ready for the game. He didn't exactly end well with the 'Colchoneros' fans before leaving on loan and the Portuguese admitted that he expects a "complicated match for everyone", although "a little worse" for him.
The 'Colchoneros' chief Enrique Cerezo was asked what atmosphere awaits the 'Cule' forward and asked for calm. "We tell the fans to treat him as we treat everyone here, with respect and politeness. I don't know if he's going to play or not, but we have to respect him like the rest," he said on 'Radio Marca'.
"Joao Felix is one of our players who is playing on loan at Barcelona. You know what the situation is. He's a fantastic player, but let's hope he doesn't have a great night," he continued.
As for his future, he said that for Atletico it is "no big deal". "When the season is over, we will decide what happens," he said.
On another matter, he spoke about the objectives of the Madrid club. "Fourth place is always complicated, but we are aiming for second or third. Our objective is to beat Barca," he said.
Finally, he assessed the Champions League quarter-final against Borussia Dortmund: "They are a dangerous and difficult opponent. When you get to the quarter-finals it's because you've done things right".
