Insigne's renewal gets complicated

Lorenzo Insigne is in the last year of his contract, and it looks like January 1st will come before his renewal, if nothing changes. His agent is trying to reach an agreement with the club, but it is not an easy task.

He warned as much a few days ago. Insigne's renewal with Napoli is not something that is going to be achieved all of a sudden, although both the player and the club want to reach an agreement. The problem is that there is a lack of understanding.

As 'DAZN' explains, Napoli are still negotiating with the player's agent to reach a middle ground, and the fans are confident that this will happen before 1st January, when the talented Italian footballer will be able to negotiate with whomever he wants to leave, for free, next summer.
