In an interview with 'Mundo Deportivo', Grbic has said things we did not know about his move to Atletico Madrid such as his final days before moving and his arrival.
"Everything is going very well and I have the help of several teammates such as Oblak, Saponjic, Vrsaljko... I've come across very nice people and now I'm learning Spanish, so I think once I've learnt it, everything will be better," he said.
The keeper was shocked by Atletico's interest. He could not believe it.
"My inner circle said they were speaking to Atletico and I couldn't sleep well initially as I was thinking about it. Every day I was saying to myself that it wasn't true and afterwards I told myself that this opportunity only comes around once in life. I'm making all my dreams come true, giving it my best and learning," he continued.
On Oblak, Grbic said that he is one of the best and that he has a lot still to offer.
"I did have some doubts because Oblak is the best keeper in the world at the moment, but I've come to learn, grow and to help in the future. I haven't thought about my debut. What I think is important is that the team win and the rest doesn't matter. If Atletico win, I'll be happy," he concluded.
