Huddersfield want to sign German World Cup winner

The full-back has been with Dortmund since 2012 and has made 64 appearances for their first team, although he did not get a game last season at Signal Iduna Park.
The player won his first cap for the German national team just before their 2014 World Cup campaign, but did not appear at all during the competition and watched his side win the final in extra-time from the bench.
The last few years have seen his career suffer, and he has not played for 'Die Mannschaft' since qualifiers for Euro 2016.
Should he join the Terriers, he would be re-united with David Wagner, who coached Durm when he was head of Borussia Dortmund II while Jurgen Klopp was in charge of the first team.
The player would add much-needed options to Wagner's ranks, being able to play at left and right full-back, and even on the wing.
He is expected to have a medical later this week.
