GOAL: Benrahma gives West Ham lead from penalty spot

Both the Hammers and the Italian side are in contention to win the Conference League title. Both teams have made it clear they are determined to become the second name on the Conference League trophy following Roma, who won the maiden edition last campaign.

After a hard-fought first half, Said Benrahma opened the scoring in the 67th minute with a goal from the penalty spot to give West Ham the lead.

Fiorentina defender Cristiano Biraghi touched the ball with his hand inside the box to prevent the English side scoring the opener and Moyes' team won a penalty to break the deadlock.

The Algerian has put his team into a dominant position and if the game ends this way, West Ham will lift the second Conference League trophy.
