Gibbs-White included in England squad for Latvia, Livramento out

Morgan Gibbs-White was a late addition to Thomas Tuchel's maiden England squad for the March internationals following Cole Palmer's injury. Still, the Nottingham Forest midfielder was left out of Friday's 2-0 win over Albania, with Anthony Gordon getting the nod over him.
This is due to the UEFA's rules stating that a 23-man matchday squad must be picked for each fixture, leaving three players ruled out per game. Nevertheless, Gibbs-White was named amongst the 23 for Monday's World Cup qualifier against Latvia after Gordon pulled out of the squad due to injury.
Elsewhere, Liverpool defender Jarrel Quansah and Southampton goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale have both been left out again after missing Friday's match at Wembley, while Newcastle United defender Tino Livramento was excluded after partaking in last week's fixture.
"We have to get the process right to find the best group," Tuchel said ahead of the game. "If that means we leave very good and talented players out of the squad this can happen. In the next 16 months it is important we find the right team and not the most talented 26 players."
