Former Arsenal's Cazorla to decide his future once the season ends

Real Oviedo's Santi Cazorla confirmed on Thursday that he is available for this Saturday's game in Huesca (El Alcoraz, 16:15 CEST) and stressed that, although he is still missing training sessions, "at this stage you have to take the risk and put your shoulder to the wheel".

"I feel good, I'm feeling good after a month out of action. I feel better with the injury and I still need to get into the rhythm of my teammates, although I see myself ready for whatever the team needs", said the midfielder, who was being fundamental for the coach, Luis Carrion, when he suffered a muscle injury in the soleus area a month ago.

On the latest refereeing controversies surrounding Oviedo, such as the possible penalty not given to Borja Sanchez against Tenerife, Cazorla said that it was "a clear grab" and that it is "very frustrating" that for the second time this season the referee went to the monitor without changing his decision.

"SD Huesca have a lot more pressure than us because fighting to avoid relegation is very different to fighting for the play offs. We have to be up to the task and compete as well as possible", concluded Santi Cazorla when asked about the next rival.

The former Arsenal man also went on 'El Larguero' on 'Cadena SER' and there he spoke about his aspirations. "The 39 years are evident, you have to be realistic. I still have the same enthusiasm and as long as I have it, I'm going to try to keep playing. Once the season is over, I'll decide", he commented.

Finally, he said he feels loved wherever he goes thanks to his great sporting career: "Fortunately, this year, wherever I go I get applause and affection from everyone for what we achieved with the national team, we can't just focus on the bad things. Although I've also been told that I'm finished and that I should retire, but that's just a minority".
