Fenerbahce sign Paris St-Germain's Van der Wiel

Gregory Van der Wiel has signed a four-year deal with Turkish side Fenerbahce, ending his four-year stay with French champions Paris St-Germain. 

The Dutch full-back made 130 appearances for the French giants but found his opportunities limited because of fellow right-back Serge Aurier. 

Van der Wiel cannot wait to get started at the Super Lig runners-up and posted the following message on Twitter:

"Very happy to be part of the Fenerbahce family! Can't wait to wear the shirt on the pitch," he said. 

"I already want to thank all Fenerbahce fans. I look forward to taking to the field in the Fenerbahce jersey and having a successful season."
