Even Denmark's stand-ins couldn't help but laugh

The clash will no doubt go down in history after the Danes were forced to field a makeshift side due to an ongoing conflict between the country's stars and the Danish Football Federation.

With the likes of Kasper Schmeichel and Christian Eriksen refusing to play, the Danish FA was forced to look down the divisions for players, with ticket prices being slashed to a euro due to the makeshift nature of the squad.

Cleary aware of the ridiculousness of the situation, the players could be seen giggling away as the national anthems blared out pre-match as all 11 made their international debuts.

As a result, Slovakia dominated the encounter, claiming almost 80% of the ball and having 10 shots on goal in the first half. However, a stunning performance from goalkeeper Christoffer Haagh ensured the scoreline remained respectable.

Adam Nemec and Albert Rusnak found the net for the visitors, with a late own goal from Adam Fogt rounding off the victory.
