Espanyol deny transfer talks over Joan Garcia

Speaking on Wednesday at Espanyol's Sant Jordi stall on the Rambla de Catalunya, Garagarza acknowledged the growing interest in the 23-year-old, but made clear that no official approaches have been made.

"There's a lot of noise around him, but there are no concrete offers at the moment," he said, while admitting that this could change in the near future.

Garcia has become one of the standout names in the squad, with his performances between the sticks earning widespread praise. "He's been crucial, not just for his performances but for his attitude. He's operating at the very highest level," Garagarza noted.
