Eriksen remarks on referee's role in Fernandes' goal against Arsenal

In the first half, a free-kick taken by Bruno Fernandes resulted in a goal, but it was revealed that referee Anthony Taylor had positioned the Arsenal wall 11.2 yards away from the United player, instead of the usual 10 yards.
Eriksen, clearly amused by the error, joked that he was "happy" to see the Arsenal wall placed further back, making it easier for the Portuguese to score. "Very good, happy that the wall was about 15 metres away. You saw how far back they were, and it was beneficial for us," said the midfielder.
The incident caused some frustration among Arsenal players, who felt they were forced further back in the second half as the roles seemed to reverse.
Reflecting on the match, which saw United rise to 14th in the Premier League table, Eriksen noted that they had opportunities to secure a win. "If you look at the chances, we could have won it. We tried to play on the counter as much as possible, which was the game plan," he added.
