Dier on England's hunt for a trophy

Back-to-back victories over Spain and Croatia have seen England qualify for the semi-finals of the inaugural UEFA Nations League, which means the 'Three Lions' have a great opportunity to win their first silverware since 1966.
Dier said the atmosphere at Wembley during the win over Croatia was the best he has known with the national team, and also looked back on a squad gathering in September as one of the reasons for England's post-World Cup form.
The Tottenham midfielder remarked: "The next camp was quite quickly after the World Cup and the manager made it clear we could go in two different directions.
"He said we could settle for what we had done at the World Cup or continue to build something special — we have taken that route.
"Hopefully we can continue to do that and everyone is on board with doing that. We want to continue to get better and we believe we can still get a lot better as well.
"That atmosphere [on Sunday] was the best I have had playing for the national team at Wembley by far and I think to be honest, after the World Cup that is the kind of atmosphere we deserve here and we got that and hopefully it can continue to be like that.
"'It was a fantastic feeling at the end of the game between us and the fans and hopefully we can continue to play football that the fans come to watch and get them off their seats. It works both ways — we need to give and they need to give and hopefully we can continue to build a special relationship."
