Dani Olmo hails Doue after teenage star dazzles in Champions League final

The 20-year-old lit up the showpiece event with two goals and an assist in PSG's emphatic 5-0 victory over Inter Milan — a display that firmly announced his arrival on the European stage.
Speaking after the match, Olmo admitted he hadn't been familiar with Doue until recently, having only heard about the Frenchman's involvement in the Olympics from his teammates.
"He surprised me a lot," said the Barcelona midfielder. "He has a lot of quality, and he's an excellent player. Winning the Champions League at 20 is huge."
Olmo, who returned to Barcelona in 2024 after spells at Dinamo Zagreb and RB Leipzig, now finds himself in a position of seniority within the Spanish side, who will face Doue's France on Thursday.
