Cubarsi suffers knee knock ahead of Espanyol game

Alarm bells are ringing at Barcelona in what could be a time of celebration in the Catalan city. Pau Cubarsi had an injury scare in training on Wednesday and, pending tests, his participation against Espanyol is in doubt.

The centre-back received an accidental blow to his right knee from Robert Lewandowski. As reported by “Sport” and reported by “Marca”, the joint went inwards, which could mean a minor injury.

After being treated by the medical services of the 'Cule' team, Cubarsi got up and rejoined his teammates. We will have to wait until the joint is no longer warm to see what the problem is.
