Osasuna host leaders Real Madrid in La Liga matchday 29, kicking off at 16:15 CET at the Estadio El Sadar in Pamplona, Spain.
Ancelotti's side will be looking to secure their 22nd win in the domestic competition and continue as leaders ahead of second-placed Girona.
Osasuna had been on a run of four consecutive wins without defeat until they were beaten 2-0 by Girona last matchday, so they will be going for a home win to get back to winning ways.
As for injuries, the Pamplona side will be without Aimar Oroz, Kike Barja, David Garcia and Ruben Pena. The 'Merengues', apart from the long-term absentees Courtois, Militao and Alaba, will be without Ceballos who has a calf problem, Jude Bellingham who will serve his second game of suspension and Joselu who has gastroenteritis.
