No one can stop Real Madrid this season. Ancelotti's side managed to take all three points against a brave Sevilla side who came from behind to level the game, but goals from Valverde, Vazquez and an early goal from Modric gave the 'Merengues' the win.

'Los Blancos' are up and running. The Madrid side lead the La Liga standings and remain unbeaten this season, despite Sevilla's fight for the win, the home side managed to take all three points.

Real Madrid had control of the game during the whole first half. Sevilla struggled to get the ball out of their half due to the high pressing of the home side, who kept possession and created chances easily.

The 'Merengues' started in the best possible way. Vinicius stole the ball from Montiel on the left flank and drove the ball to the byline. Once there he squared the ball to the far post, where Modric, unmarked, only had to push the ball into the net to score the opening goal.

Ancelotti's side could have extended their lead after Alaba's free-kick flew just wide of the top corner. However, the clearest chance of the first half came in the 43rd minute. Valverde fed Vincius with a lovely pass and the Brazilian received the ball inside the box. The winger dribbled past Bono and with everything in his favour and an empty goal, the Brazilian failed to control the ball and the home side went into the break with a narrow lead.

However, Sevilla did not throw in the towel. Just 9 minutes into the second half, Montiel found Lamela with space through an impressive pass. The Argentine beat Courtois with a lovely finish to the far post to tie the game.

Nevertheless, against Real Madrid you can't take anything for granted. The home team scored two goals in three minutes to put an end to the Andalusian team's hopes. In the 79th minute the home side went ahead again thanks to a great counter-attack. Asensio found Vinicius in space with a lovely pass. The Brazilian drove the ball and once inside the box gifted the goal to Lucas Vazquez, who only had to push the ball into the net.

Valverde secured the three points for Real Madrid just three minutes later when he beat Bono with a powerful effort from the edge of the box. The Uruguayan has scored in the last three games he has played.
