City interested in Sadiq... to loan him to Troyes?

After failing to secure promotion to La Liga, Umar Sadiq's future at Almeria looks uncertain, as the Nigerian has aroused the interest from some elite-level sides, such as Spartak Moscow and Eintracht Frankfurt.
The most recent one, according to 'AS', is the all-powerful Manchester City, who reportedly have plans in place for the striker. Sources close to the Spanish club confirmed City's interest to the aforementioned media outlet, who would want to sign the striker in order to loan him out immediately afterwards.
The idea of the current Premier League champions is that Umar Sadiq will gain experience in Ligue 1 with Troyes during a loan spell for the 2021/22 season. That being said, despite City's power, it appears that Almeria will not loan him out and will only let him go on a permanent transfer if they receive an offer of over 30 million euros.
