Chukwuemeka set to return for Chelsea in Fulham clash

Chukwuemeka picked up a knee injury against West Ham and has since been unavailable for Pochettino to help Chelsea. Pochettino's side have not had the best of seasons in terms of results and injuries have plagued them.

The young player only managed to play two games this season before he was injured in the second Premier League match against West Ham in which he scored a goal. Chukwuemeka underwent several scans and then underwent surgery which kept him out for 6 weeks.

His team-mates Nkunku, Madueke, Ugochukwu , Maatsen, Disasi, Moreira, Hutchinson, Malo Gusto, Palmer and Lavia have already welcomed the 19-year-old midfielder back to training via social media messages.

Although the player has returned to training, it remains to be seen whether he will play against Fulham at Craven Cottage, but his return is good news for Pochettino, who is hopeful that the player will be back and able to get some playing time.
