Chiesa wins penalty and Berardi makes it 2-0 despite GK's best efforts

After a first half which was goalless, Italy managed top open the scoring against Belgium minutes into the second half. Barella volleyed in to make it 1-0.
This goal gave the Azzurri a lift and they soon added a second when Federico Chiesa, one of the most active players for Mancini, got past Castagne who brought him down in the box. The referee pointed to the spot.
It was slightly seeing the replay, but the VAR did not intervene. Berardi got hold of the ball and he put it on the spot to make it 2-0.
Thibaut Courtois was very close to saving it. The Real Madrid keepr went the right way, he even ended up touching the ball, but he just missed out.
Belgium set up a grandstand finish with a Charles De Ketelaere goal four minutes from time.
