Chelsea secure spot among Conference League title holders

With less media exposure and financial gain, it created a new niche for other teams to take a step forward. Jose Mourinho's Roma were the pioneers of this young competition's honours list, which now includes Chelsea as the current champions.
Playing in Europe is different. Who wouldn't want to see their shirt embroidered with the UEFA badge and face off against foreign teams?
Thanks to the creation of the Conference League, this has been possible for clubs from a third tier of European leagues since last season, when Mourinho's Roma won the very first trophy in the competition's history, beating Feyenoord in the final.
Having been contested just four times, the roll of honour is still limited. Still, it's worth reviewing. There are only three previous winners: the aforementioned Giallorossi, West Ham, who defeated Fiorentina in the competition's second season,
Olympiakos, who claimed the 2024 edition, also against the Viola. That final was held at the OPAP Arena in Athens (Greece), and Chelsea joined the list after defeating Betis in 2025.
This is the Conference League honours list
With one title each: Roma (2022), West Ham (2023), Olympiakos (2024) and Chelsea (2025).
