Chan, the first WOMAN to lead men's team to top-flight league!
The 27-year-old led the Eastern side to the top of the Honk Kong Premier League after their 2-1 win over South China on Friday.
Chan joined Eastern in December when Eastern were one point clear at the top of the table.
It is the first title Eastern has won in 21 years.
