Casillas, Iniesta and Xavi to advise the 2030 World Cup organisers

Legends such as Iker Casillas, Andres Iniesta, Xavi Hernandez and Vicente Del Bosque will collaborate with the organisation of the 2030 World Cup in Spain, Portugal and Morocco, as announced on Tuesday by JoseManuel Rodríguez Uribes, president of the Spanish Sports Council.
The Interministerial World Cup Commission decided at its first meeting, held at the CSD headquarters in Madrid, that several winners of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, such as Iker Casillas, Xavi Hernandez and Andres Iniesta, as well as the then Spain coach Vicente del Bosque, will contribute their experience to the organisers of the tournament.
"We are going to have Iker Casillas, Andres Iniesta, David Villa and Xavi Hernandez at the next meetings. At the end of the summer we will start working with these proposed groups so that they can add or correct any considerations they deem appropriate," said Uribes.
"I have told them that they are our ambassadors. We want them to guide us, to put that light, that necessary look from both coaches and players. They have the desire to help and they are very excited to do their bit," he added.
