Case of racism at FCSB

Far beyond discrimination on the basis of skin colour, racism is still very much present in some areas of Eastern Europe.

In Romania, FCSB, heir to Steaua de Bucarest, have been accused of racism after the leak of a video in which the players celebrated the cup final win.

FCSB beat Sepsi in the final, which is a team that represents the Hungarian community living in the country, and the players used it to humiliate their opponents with xenophobic chants.

A scandal that has even reached the government, who are examining this conduct and aren't ruling out big sanctions.
