Burnley stunned Leicester with two goals in 3 minutes

The 'Clarets' are knocking on the door of Europa League qualification and they did their chances a world of good on Saturday against fellow high-flyers Leicester.

Chris Wood opened the scoring in the 6th minute to continue his rich vein of form - netting five times in his last five outings - after latching onto a pass from Ashley Barnes.

The striker saw his first attempt saved by Kasper Schmeichel but had no trouble firing the rebound into the back of the net.

Burnley then made it 2-0 three minutes later through Kevin Long. From a corner, the defender rose the highest in the box to direct a header past Schmeichel and compound Leicester's miseries.
