Bruno Fernandes puts Man Utd ahead of Villa

Manchester United want to feature in the Champions League next season and will go all out for their goal. The Red Devils came out all guns blazing and created several problems for Aston Villa's defence.
The high pressing of Ten Hag's team made it difficult for the Villains to play the ball out from the back as the Red Devils won the ball back quite quickly, making it easier for them to create chances. However, it was not until the 39th minute that the Old Trafford side managed to open the scoring thanks to a Bruno Fernandes goal.
Emiliano Martinez's long ball was cleared by Casemiro and the ball ended in Rashford's boots. The Englishman drove the ball until the edge of the box and tried to beat the Argentine with an effort to the far post. The Argentina goalkeeper parried the ball but an unmarked Bruno Fernandes at the far post made the most from the rebound and poked home.
The Portuguese has made 51 appearances for Manchester United so far this season, 50 of them as a starter. The midfielder has scored 11 goals and provided 12 assists in total.
