Bournemouth v Tottenham - Preview and possible line-ups

Bournemouth: Dan Gosling and Nathaniel Clyne will face late fitness tests and Solanke and Smith are also doubts. The Cherries have numerous players out injured which include Daniels, Cook, Francis, Surman, Rico and Stanislas. Josh King and Callum Wilson will be available for them though. In fact, Wilson has been in fine form recently netting six times and giving four assists in the South Coast club's last nine matches.
Tottenham: Jan Vertonghen will play no part in the contest after his horrible head clash with Alderweireld in midweek. Kane, Aurier and Winks are also absent, but Erik Lamela may make a return after a two month injury lay-off. Son, who has scored five times in his last four Premier League matches against Bournemouth, will play after being suspended against Ajax and Vincent Janssen is also eligible.
Eddie Howe: The home coach was full of praise for Mauricio Pochettino and his set of players and expects a very tricky game on Saturday. "Tottenham have an outstanding manager with top class players. We don't expect anything other than a full strength Tottenham team." He also said that injuries have affected them over the course of the season, but "you have to overcome that". He did not know who would be fit out of Gosling, Solanke, Smith and Brooks.
Mauricio Pochettino: Pochettino admits that his team have not had too much time to prepare for the game. "Maybe we aren't in circumstances which aren't the best, but now it's time to be all together." He also urged his team to forget what is to come and just deliver a good performance on the pitch. He concluded stating that finishing in the top four is a "priority" for the club.
Bournemouth have been defeated in six of their Premier League encounters against Tottenham. In other words, they have avoided defeat just the once. They have only managed to breach the Londoners' defence on two occasions.
