Betis trained and Fekir made an appearance

French midfielder Nabil Fekir, who has missed the last two matches against Barcelona and Athletic due to a muscle injury, was the main addition in training after the rest granted yesterday by Manuel Pellegrini.
Fekir, who suffered an injury in his left hamstring in the last training session before the match against Barcelona in the Camp Nou, could arrive at the match against Eibar next Monday at Villamarín and would be an important asset for Pellegrini after the important loss of the injured Sergio Canales in the Betis midfield.
Fekir's contribution and specific attributes are fundamental for Pellegrini's team to get back on track after the painful defeat (4-0) and the performance offered in the last league match against Athletic at San Mamés.
Betis, who began their training with a minute's silence following the death of Diego Armando Maradona, have confirmed the absence of the Algerian centre-half Aïssa Mandi, who was confined to his home because of a positive coronavirus, in addition to the long-duration illness of Víctor Camarasa.
