Bardghji declares love for Barcelona: "I hope I can stay my whole career"

Barcelona secured their second pre-season friendly victory against Seoul, and Roony Bardghji once again faced the media.

He played just over 20 minutes in the second half, once again leaving a positive impression. Speaking to the press, the player admitted that he is thrilled with what he has found since arriving at the Catalan club.

"The first few days have been incredible. The team is taking great care of me, and I'm enjoying every day here as a Barcelona player. It's also great to be here on tour with the team; so far, everything has gone very well. I've always been a Barcelona fan, so I always trained with the thought of being able to play here one day," the winger admitted.

"I tried to play in the same way, with the same philosophy that Barcelona has always had. So, for me, it's very natural to be here and play for this team. Also, Hansi's style suits me very well. Honestly, I feel at home. The teammates have welcomed me very well, I've had a great connection with many of them," he added.

He recognises the sheer scale surrounding Barcelona: "Wherever we go, there are always many fans. It's something new for me, but at the same time, it's very enjoyable. To feel the love of so many people from different parts of the world."

"Things are going very well with Hansi. He's a good guy, gets along well with all the players. He knows how to communicate, how to build relationships with us. I feel that it's growing every day," he said about the coach.

He concluded with a long-term assessment: "As I said before, it has always been my dream to be here, so I hope I can stay for many years, maybe my whole career if possible. I will do everything in my power to make it happen."
